Sealed With A Kiss

President Bush sent a hand-signed letter to North Korean President Kim Jong-il earlier this week, urging the man he once compared to a spoiled child at the dinner table to abide by his agreement and completely divulge all of his country’s nuclear secrets. The letter was addressed to “Mr. Chairman” and appears to be aimed at preserving the only real foreign policy victory that the Bush Administration can point to after nearly 7 years in office — even if it was essentially the same agreement that the Clinton Administration fostered back in 1998.
