In a follow-up to a story from last week, North Korean president Kim Jong-Il has responded to the Smirking POTUS’ love letter that was delivered to him by Deputy Secretary of State Christopher Hill on December 5. According to sources, the leader of the PRK confirmed his willingness to disarm if the United States normalizes relations between the two countries. The letter was in response to Mr. Bush’s request that Mr. Kim follow through on his promise to pull the plug on North Korea’s nuclear weapons program as well as to come clean on what they’ve been doing to the make the world a more dangerous place.
