Admonished

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Larry Craig, the United States Senator from Idaho with a “wide stance”, was publicly rebuked by his colleagues on Wednesday for his behavior surrounding his arrest last June on the charge of soliciting sex from an undercover Minneapolis police officer.
The Senate Ethics Committee also questioned Mr. Craig’s judgment for his use of campaign contributions to fund his legal defense — to the tune of $200,000 — after he decided to withdrawal his original guilty plea and fight the charges after his arrest became public in August.
The 3-term senator, who did not testify before the committee, may yet face public hearings as an increasingly embarrassed Republican Party attempts to grapple with Mr. Craig’s stubbornness regarding his continued unwillingness to bend over for the good of his party and resign.
That’s sort of out of character for you, isn’t it Mr. Craig?
