Bundle of Cash

Senator John McCain’s handlers released to the media on Friday their list of “elite” big money donors to his presidential campaign; specifically those who have helped bring in $100,000 or more in multiple, individual donations for the Arizona Republican’s run for the White House. But reading between the lines of who exactly were these 106 individuals shockingly revealed that a full sixth were registered federal lobbyists, the very people with whom Mr. McCain blames for their cancerous influence upon Washington, D.C.
And further illustrating just how much Mr. McCain has choosen to model himself after his new best buddy, President George W. Bush, the McCain campaign is awarding cutesy titles to the Crème de la Crème of their big money bundlers, just like the Smirking POTUS’ two presidential campaigns.
For those who only can bring in a paltry $100,000, Mr. McCain will bestow the moniker of Trailblazer. And for those who run with the really big dogs and can help fill the Senator’s coffers with $250,000 or more, the title of Innovator will be granted. I could just puke.
Ladies and Gentlemen, Mr. McCain is looking more and more like your run-of-the-mill Republican insider every day; the only thing that this Leftwing Nutjob wonders is when will Karl Rove and Andrew Card be joining the Hypocrite Express as it barrels its way across the country?
